similar. As I stated I know people dont agree with the use of them, but I
want to learn to use them.

Don't waste your time with puerile insults. I make money out of this
activity, and I understand what I'm talking about when I suggest that
you don't use frames. There is no question for which they are the
answer. The people who invented frames no longer use them. Why?

There's no law against using frames. You go ahead and use them.
