"Castlewalls" - Whatever books you use, I would suggest re-thinking that
disinterest in learning HTML! :-) There are lots of pitfalls to using any
WYSIWYG or "visual editing environment" without having any knowledge of the
code it's writing.
You could learn the bare basics of HTML in an hour, and you'd already be
much better off. And the more you understand, the less frustration you're
likely to run into building pages with DW. You can still work in Design
view, but if you have a problem, you might be able to solve it by looking in
the code.
Just a thought. =)
