Ok, I got it to work using Javascript, but didn't get it working the other way,
with the other way, It opened the window the normal size and the 400x400 size,
so there was two windows open. How can I let users know to have javascript
enabled like what I mean, is where can do you enable/disable it so I can type
out a tutorial kind of thing. Thanks.

If you got two windows, you didn't make the changes as recommended properly.

Frankly, it's easier to do it the way recommended than it is to write the
tutorial.

I'm sorry I'm very new to HTML, I got confused on it.

Also, how can I do this with an image map, I've set the link for the map to javascript:;. But I'm not sure what to do in the HTML code from here.

Apply the open browser window behavior to the link.
