in design view, select your link (the link that opens the popup window),
and look at the properties panel (the one at the bottom), look at the
link box text (the one that says "Link"). Right now, you must have
something in there such as:

mypage.html

instead, it *should* be:

javacsript:;

if it doesn't, simply delete what's there and paste

javacsript:;

in there.
