All right I have no idea without seeing what it is try the screen shot just hit print screen and it'll copy the entire screen to the clipboard were you can past it on photoshop.

Ok! ... so where is "print screen?" I see "print code" in the file menu.

Press the 'print' key on your keyboard (usually somewhere on the right
top), this will take a capture of the entire screen to the Windows
clipboard, then open PSP and press ctrl-v to insert the screenshot as a
new image. Save and upload it to somewhere, then post the URL here.

On a Windows computer it's usually labeled: PrtSc
