Hi, I did the image at 800x600 in photshop7 and have dwmx set up to the same size. If I bring it in, in a table 1 row 1 column with 0 margins that corrects it but it's an image and I want to use it as a background so I can put an image map, text and the like on it. Thanks

scout:

A background image cannot have hotspots/image maps.

A 600x800 background image will likely add too much weight to your page,
too. Remember, your target page weight is 40-45K - no more. That includes
all images, all rollovers, all externally liked file, and all code.

If you want your image as a background then press "ctrl + j" to bring up
page properties and slect your image from there, then you can have your
images\text etc in your tables
