Good enough for what?
A website can be good in various ways, interface, layout, structure, technics.
Then there is always the way, how, you get to the result (the pages that you get now)
You can make those pages various ways, there are hundreds of roads that lead to Rome.
And I hate the disabled right click, what have you got to hide?
Or you dont want other people to save the pictures or something?
There is always a way around it...
Judging a site, i difficult... If I want to judge a site, which I sometimes have to do for a client when they need a new one. It takes me hours, analyzing every aspect of it.
As far as I can see you can work the basics with Dreamweaver and probably Fireworks, but you could have done it with javascript too. Try to learn some more things about interface design and you'll be alright

After that you can get into some deeper stuff, From January till now, you learned a lot, now build on it!
Good job!
Succes!
