Radio Button Problem

Hi, please help!

I have created a standard form in Dreamweaver MX, however when I post the form
the FRP site and check the browser, the radio button will not deselect if the
user has clicked the wrong option, also when the user clicks the other option,
it does not automatically select the previous option, in this case
(Day/Evening) are the options.
Can anyone help?!

Both buttons need to have the same name.
