Default Queston about frame - 10-31-2005 , 02:25 PM

I am new to Dreamweaver so please bear with me. I am starting a new site. I
have gone through the site definition nominally. I am using one of
Dreamweavers supplied templates for my index page. Here's my issue, when I
enter text in a frame, the frame moves across the page. The frame will
eventually come back to somewhere close to where it's supposed to be, but it
sure looks bad when I look at the ruler and see this frame now is at 7450, when
it should be around 150. I have an screenshot I can send if someone would like
to see exactly what I'm talking about.

Dreamweaver 8
2col_leftnav is the template I'm using.

Thanks,

Chris Breidenbaugh

Frame? Or table? Or layer?

It does not seem to be a frame, table or layer. Looking at the code it only
has a div tag at the begining. This is the code at the begining of the section:

<div id="content">
<div id="breadCrumb"> <a href="#">breadcrumb</a> / <a
href="#">breadcrumb</a> / <a href="#">breadcrumb</a> / </div>
<h2 id="pageName">KVA Resitance Welding Supply is your single source for
resistance welding equipment and supplies. </h2>
<div class="feature"> <img src="images/

There is much more than this in the actual section.

The secton in question sits to the right of a navbar div.

The page displays normally in a browser when the browser is maximized. But if
the browser is not, then the two sections "run together"...not very pretty.

Let me know what info you need from me...I'd really like ot make this work.

Chris
