Do change your e-mail address to something invalid. Posting with your

have mail and news together in one program. The technical differences
between both are not that big, the structure of messages is quite
similar (header, body, signature ...).

And if I want to reply by e-mail instead of a posting I don't have to
fire up another program, just have to press another hotkey ('r'eply
instead of 'f'ollowup).
