publishing issues - not able to

My site is not publishing. while in dreamweaver, when i do a preview in
browser i see everything just fine, allthe links etc, when i put the files to
the server, i can see the site, except that none of the images are there, just
that little red x telling me that it's unable ot load the files.

any advice?

Are you working in a defined DW site?
When you linked the images, did you use doc or root relative when you linked
to them?
Have a look and see that they are doc relative. If this doesn't do it,
post a link as Alan suggested.
