Property Inspector Changes -- much gone

I recently got the patch upgrade for Mac Dreamweaver MX and am now using v6.1.
Now my properties window looks strange -- it has many fewer choices. I can't
change text size or color, or bg color, etc. Am I just missing something
blatantly simple, or is this a bug? Oh, and I can't paste into the link window
-- a major inconvenience when you're trying to link to maps on mapquest and
such.

Is your Property inspector fully expanded (the little white arrow in the
lower right hand corner)?

P.S. although the problem as discribed applied to version 6.0 it still existed
after upgrading to 6.1.

Thanks, GSMOFF! That thread provided the answer, which was:

There is a small icon to the right of the "format" box in the property
inspector which toggles the mode from "CSS" to "HTML." I kept getting stuck on
CSS mode, for whatever reason. By clicking the icon, I was switched back to
HTML mode, and all the choices that were missing (alignment, border, etc)
suddenly reappeared.
