Problems w/copy/paste in DWMX - OS 9

I'm having real problems using copy / paste in Dreamweaver MX. I'm using a mac
with OS 9.2. I can't seem to copy/paste code in code view or text in design
view. I've tried standard view, layout view, convert to layers, convert to
tables, but nothing seems to help. I'm sure I'm missing something simple and
obvious, but I just can't figure out what the problem could be. I can
copy/paste in other apps just fine. Has anyone heard of this problem before?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
