Did you recreate the local site? Is the template in the Templates folder at
the root of the site?

I really did'nt put the site on the same path before. The template folder is
not on the root of the site, but before it wasn?t. For exemple:
My website was in--> c: \my documents\site\index.htm
My template was in --> c:\my documents\templates_folder

Do It must be on the same path that before? I don't remember the path that it
was before I formated my computer. There is a way to find the path or I can
relate to another path? Thanks for your help.

Define a local site in Dreamweaver. Put all your files into the local site,
arranged in folders as they were before. Create a folder called "Templates"
at the root level of the site, and put your template into that folder. For
templates to work properly, this is how they must be placed.
