problems with Behaviours Panel certain Behaviour's don't work

Hi can anybody help ? trying to apply a "change property" behaviour to a transparent image, the text that it applies to should change from bold to bolder on mouse over although you see the javascript action in the bottom left hand corner of the browser nothing happens to the text,
also certain other behaviours are not working like swapimage & image restore etc have tried uninstall DW and reinstall DW several times to no avail. I am a student trying to complete a DW course in Internet design and I can't complete without the behaviours panel working properly and I'm desperate to complete this course with distinction after completing all the assignments.

Why?

So you are using an event on the image to change the property of the text
from bold to bolder? That's using CSS to get bold and bolder?

also certain other behaviours are not working like swapimage & image
restore

How have you tried to get them to work and how are they not working? I
suspect operator error here.

without the behaviours panel working properly
