Problem with DW file upload

When I right mouse on a particular php file I'm designing in DW to upload it to the webserver, I get the following message:

'While executing receiveArguments in SiteFile.htm, the following Javascript error(s) occurred:
At line 28 of file "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver MX\Configuration\Menus\MM\Site_File.js"'

This happens on top of reamweaver giving a fatal exception error and crashing frequently when I double click on this file to edit it. If get the file from the webserver first, I get no fatal exception!

Any help very much appreciated.

What DW extensions do you have installed? Js errors point into that path
are typically associated with having installed a single user extension
(i.e., one that was designed for W9x/Me and DW/UD4 or below) onto a
multi-user application (i.e., W2KPro/WXP and DMX/DMX2004).
