When you use those lousy menus, and you elect to put them into a Library
item, you must make sure that each RECEIVING page has the menu-specific
javascript either in the head of it, or linked as an external file. Your
pages do not - and that's one reason why your menus are not working.
Another reason is that you have not linked to the main MM_Menu.js file (all
31K of it) on the page, so not only is the menu-specific js missing but the
basic menu-building javascript is missing, too.
I respectfully request that you read these links, and quickly discard the
notion of using the MM pop-up menus in favor of a more thoughtful method
such as the PVII method mentioned in the links.
