Problem with On Demand Tutorial on CSS -

I attended the Macromedia seminar, Getting Started with Cascading Style
Sheets, on 06/15/2004 and looked forward to reviewing the excellent
presentation on the Web on http://seminars.breezecentral.com/p68948670/.
Unfortunately, the visuals of the screen sharing are either absent or far out
of sync with the audio. Is anyone else having trouble with it?
I am on a high-speed cable connection (Roadrunner) running Win XP and using IE
6.0. I changed the setting to allow Breeze to put unlimited information on my
computer.
The initial slides play fine, but when it comes to screen sharing, I see a
white window in the middle that is blank except for the STOP SHARING button.
The chat is visible on the left as are the panels on the right and the header
and footer. I continued to get a blank screen where the product demo was
supposed to be taking place. Playing with the pause/play button, scroller and
the index, and after about 20 tries, I got the visuals to appear in the center
screen, but then I didn?t have the audio. When I could get both visuals and
audio, they were far out of sync. E.g. showing the very beginning of the
presentation (the Macromedia menu with templates) while Greg Rewis was talking
about how to float an image for the Gulfstream layout (near the end of the
presentation). How can I sync the sound and image? Any suggestions?
I exchanged a brief email with Greg Rewis. He says it plays fine for him. I
wrote to seminars (AT) macromedia (DOT) com and have not had a resposne. Can you please
advise how I can get it to play for me? I?ve spent a lot of time trying on my
own without success.
It was a great tutorial and, if you can get it to play all right, you'll find
it rewarding. FYI, there is a 5 minute period soon after the screensharing
starts where Greg lost the sound (you should see a recording the the chat where
everyone writes in about this), but stick with it and it does return. Again,
the URL is http://seminars.breezecentral.com/p68948670/.
