Pre-designed template uploads only 95% correct

I have a web template that I have modified with my own content and graphics.
The preview worked fine, but the upload encountered some problems. I then
uploaded the unchanged original files and those files had exactly the same
problems as my modified ones.

95% of the page is fine. There are no 'X error graphics, but I am missing a
banner, and a graphical bar, while the buttons and another image have shifted
to the top of the page.

All images are Document Relative. I have tried changing some to Site relative
but it did not work.

If anyone can offer any advice I would be very grateful.
