Possible to insert record and authenticate with one Submit?

I would like to insert a record from the Registration form to
tbl_registration, yet would also like to confirm that the user has actually
purchased my program against tbl_buyer. Is this possible? When I attempt to
do this with Server Behavior I get a red "!" alongside the Log In procedure.
