Default Positioning Flash (Exactly) - 03-29-2009 , 06:16 PM

Hi, i'm new to dreamweaver and have created a flash animation that I would like
to position in an exact spot on the page.
-I made a prototype website in fireworks and imported it.
-I would like to position this animation on an exact spot on the page.

Does anyone know how to do this (all suggestions will help)
Thank You

<I would like to position this animation on an exact spot on the page.>

Keeping in mind that the web is a flexible medium, and that site visitors
have different sized displays and browsing habits, you should probably
settle for putting your Flash inside a table cell or a relatively positioned
CSS division - using floats, margins & padding.

Example of a fixed width page with floats.

No need to use relative positioning - or did I misinterpret your suggestion?

<No need to use relative positioning >

Right. I meant relative by default; not by CSS definition. :-)

best thing to do is create a table and you will have a lot more control over
it. Once you get to know html and css more, you can either switch to just css
or mix them together.
