Default POSITIONING BLOCK ELEMENTS - 10-11-2004 , 11:57 AM






When you use CSS to POSITION a block element (not a layer) does that element automatically have a z-index? Does it automatically become a layer?

Yes. Yes - as far as DW is concerned. It will appear in the Layers panel.
