Default Popup Menu Covered by SWF File - 07-05-2008 , 10:31 PM

I am confused, lost, and feel helpless!!!

I have set up a pop up menu in Dreamweaver 8 Show Popup Menu behavior and all
the links work and looks wonderful However, I placed a SWF file on the page and
it covers up the popup window(s) resulting in failure to see or select options
of the Popup Window(s) when the menu is activated. I am hoping someone my have
a clue what I am doing wrong, or let me know if this is normal as I have not
yet incountered it yet.

I did post this on the Dynamic HTML forum as well, but perhaps it should be in
the general forum.

I would like to thank you in advance of your suggustions,

The Wookiee - Dave Johnson:confused;

Flash, form components always "rise to the top" so to speak. The wmode
parameter will work for IE. Google wmode. Probably your best bet is to
redesign your page so your Flash isn't positioned where it will interfere
with other page elements. Or do what I do: Avoid Flash.
