Pop-ups using graphics instead of text

Is it possible to make pop-up menus that use pics (thumbnails) instead of plain 'ole text as the selectable linked items? It would certainly make the menu stand out more.

it's the same thing. graphics or text, it doesn't matter, popup code is
the same.

Using the Pop-up menu function creators in DreamWeaver, how would I have it show the picture instead of the text?
