Pop Up Menu using layers

I have created a pop up menu using layers which works perfectly except for the
fact that when you roll off of a layer in the pop up menu it dissappears.

I have it set up individual layers for each link in the pop up. When you
scroll down to the next link in the pop up the previous one dissappears; and so
on for the remaining links.

I was reading a previous post stating that you need to create a "closer
layer." Is that the case here?

Unfortunately, I can't post it at this time. I'm only working in DW right now and haven't set up a live site for it yet.

I tried to describe it as best I could to see if anyone had any ideas.

Currently it was creating using Project 7's Auto Layers/Auto Hide.

Stick with PVII for now, ok?
