pop-up menu trouble

I've created a template in dreamweaver mx, using tables. The navigation bar
in the table uses pop up menus I created in Fireworks. Why don't these pop
up menus appear when I upload these files online? They appear when I
"preview in browser," but online they're non existent, like I haven't
created them.

I know this may sound simple, but have your linked to your menu in fireworks and not loaded into DW or is the link outside fireworks and also outside DW

Also, in fireworks - have you export the file so that the correct extensions are created. I know for pop-up menus you need to use the gif and /or Html link from the exportation of this file type. The html links to a ws file that holds tha data for your menu.... just learnign myself... but have had some success.
