Pop up menu

Hi,

I want to use the old pop up menu which was available till DW8 instead of Spry
Menu Bar.

It is deprecated in DW CS3 but whenever I try to select that behaviour for an
anchor or image, its always greyed out.

What I want to know is that how can I use it?

Any help would be appreciated.
