Please would a Pro run my site through validator

:confused; Hello I am currently doing a Dreamweaver Cs3 course and have now
managed to build my first page, I would now like to make a template from this
page but I have run it through validator and seem to be getting a few errors,
I would like my site to conform to all standards of W3C. the errors I am
getting all seem to relate to my header which was created in Flash Cs3, could
anyone help resolve the errors I am receiving because I dont Know how to
resolve them myself.
