PLEASE HELP Problem with Flash and Framesets in DW MX 2004

Ok so here's what I'm working on:

Its a simple page that is made up of two different frames, the header stays
put and the bottom page scrolls with the content in it, pretty standard
stuff.

In the top header I have a flash file with some navigation buttons that link
to other URL's, I want the new URL to take the whole window over once you
click it, but it only takes over the little one, and just loads the new page
in there.

So how can I make it so that both frames go away and the new URL loads in
that same window??
