Please help me create a password protected page.

I need to create a password protected area. I have no clue on how to do that. I
have no knowledge of Javascript to the extent of doing that, or cgi bin stuff.
I use dreamweaver 4 and I cannot figure out how to do it. Please help.....

The easiest way is to set up you .htaccess file.

Frequently your ISP can do this for you.
