Please help make this form layout ok on a mac - 07-05-2004 , 11:04 AM

Hi

http://www.supplydynamics.co.uk/contact.htm - is fine on IE6 pc - but
client needs it mac-friendly, at present they are seeing missing text
boxes and a overspilling last box.

Any clues much appreciated
