Please help with emailing the ecard

Hi,
I have a flash movie that I want to send as an ecard, and I can't
figure out how to do that, so that the recipients see an image or the
movie when they open the email. I want to avoid sending it as an
attachment. Does anyone know how is this usually done? Or do I have to
post it on a site somewhere and send the links?
