Please Help: Adding Date

Hi, thanks in advance for reading this. First off, I know very little about
writing code. I have a table in which I want to have the day, date, and year
and I would like this to update daily (or when the user opens the page). Being
new at this, I would appreciate it if someone could please show me the full
code with the following attributes:

Friday, July 9, 2004
type size = -2
type style = Arial
type color = FFFFCC
BG color = 000000
