Pictures for Web Development

Hi, I know there is this CD or CDs that I can purchase which contains a
varieties of photos/pictures/images for web development. Does anyone know
which one is the best and cheapest to purchase? I need some to start creating
some web pages using Dreamweaver.

I'd look at:
istockphoto.com
http://www.bigstockphoto.com
http://www.openphoto.net/
http://www.stockvault.net/

or
http://www.stockphoto.com/ (membership, different levels, download images)


before purchasing a stock cd.
