PHP email form links or advice...

Hi, couldn't find it in Search -- can someone please give me a link to
resources for PHP contact form codes? I find a ton of 'em in the Flash forums
but not many here...
Any links to site resources or direct code for PHP newbie looking to set up
basic forms to MySQL databases greatly appreciated : )
