Photo or slideshow viewer recommendation needed

I am looking for an add-on utility to automate the programming of a
photo viewer (to display 50 to 400 photos) with these requirements:

- Display one jpg photo at a time
- Display jpg files up to 800x600 and 500x666 in size
- Display jpg files in original size (no scaling)
- Forward, Backward and Exit buttons
- Loads one jpg file at a time (does not pre-download all photos)

The following additional option would be desired (but I could accept not
having it if the above requirements are met):

- Play and stop buttons for a slideshow

I have looked at several slideshow viewers but none that I found meet
all the above requirements.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

It's not very hard to create one of your own with Dreamweaver show/hode
layers, Here's an example of a quickie one:
