I want to create a photo gallery in my website but I have no time to create it all by myself. In Dreamweaver MX 2004 , is there a ready - made photo galley or wizard to create it ? If there is, how can I use it? If there isn't, what alternatives can I use ? Tell me please. Thank you. |

There is a free Web Photo Album Extension from Macromedia on the Exchange. There is also my not-free JustSo PhotoAlbum3 Extension as well. And of course there are others, so happily you need not do all the work yourself. Jirapong wrote: I want to create a photo gallery in my website but I have no time to create it all by myself. Hi Jirapong, I don't know about DW but if you have Photoshop then you already have all the tools you need. In Photoshop go to File>Automate>Web Photo Gallery... This produces not only the gallery itself, inc' thumbnails but produces all the html needed to get it to work online. For a live example of a slide show type gallery, check out http://www.kitchenplans.biz/galpicmax/index.htm obvoiusely you need to change the awful default backgrounds etc but at least all the donkey work is done for you. Hope this helps, Gene Stevo. |
