Default photo gallery - 11-04-2004 , 04:05 PM

I have created a simple photo-gallery using the layers and the DW timeline to
show/hide layers. As each of the dozen pics loads they can be seen loading into
a new reduced size browser window. I require a way to download one initial
'front page' image and then the rest to be loaded into the browser hidden or
behind the front page without the download process being seen. I have tried
preloading the images into the parent browser (although pictures not shown),
and shuffling the layers to see if this controls the display process. Any
(simple) answers appreciated - (newbie on th block) Thanks smsom (AT) aol (DOT) com

you could have a look at
http://www.flevooware.nl/dreamweaver/extdetails.asp?extID=23

here is some example
http://www.flevooware.nl/dreamweaver/mxp/Behaviors/TransLinkedSlideshow/example_thumbs.html

as far as i am away it will do exactly as you want and one can even use it
for dynamic content.

Marge who created it has some great extensions, ok it is $25 but it is worth
it and not only are her dreamweaver extensions brilliant she has very good
support,
