Paypal Shopping Cart

Hi,

Is there anyway to capture the shopping cart changes within paypal on a
webpage? I can keep session variables for additions, but the changes (removal
of items from the cart) are done within the paypal screen so cannot capture
that action. I want to be able to display the cart count and amount on the
webpages.
