password from .ste file?

How can I decrypt the password from a .ste file?
I'm on vacation in Argentina and need to do changes
for my customer's website. Unfortunately I can't get
a machine with Dreamweaver here and I cannot
install a demo version in an internet cafe.
I only have the .ste file which I can open in Notepad
but the ftp password is encrypted.
Any ideas?

copy the password value.

go to http://navbars.net -->resources-->I've Lost my site's Password.

paste into form. it decodes it with javascript.
