Default Page Title from template. . . - 04-14-2009 , 11:30 PM

I have a site template that I used to create every page in Dreamweaver
CS3. If I put a Title on the template page, every page has that name
and I cannot change or add to it. When I leave it blank, I am able to
create or change the page Title, but as soon as I save the page, it
disappears. If I try to get to the Title area in the Code View,
Dreamweaver informs me that it is a protected area from the template.
How can I have unique names on each of my pages???

The page title is supposed to be an editable area. You can confirm this by looking in Code view of Dreamweaver.
