Page size help

I am new at Dreamweaver 7
I have a full page that contains a link to an other page
The link is HECTOR. When you click on HECTOR in the full page, the
HECTOR.HTM page shows up.
My trouble is that HECTOR.HTM shows up as a full page. What I want is for
HECTOR.HTM to show up as a popup about 4 by 5 inches.
Can this be done ?
Would appreciate any help
