Default Page refresh - 11-20-2004 , 02:21 PM

For each visit to the web site I would like to force internet view of page -
not draw from the users cache - obviously important after directory / page
restructuring. I would think this could be accomplished by the use of the
refresh meta tag in the head, but I am not sure of the details on how to pull
this off. Better would be to have some site-wide code, like in some
independent file, that forces refresh for users in certain directories, like
that robots.txt file, or stylesheet file (although the stylesheet must be
referenced in each page's code).

I hope my question is clear. Thanks !

A year! Wow, talk about patience.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=meta+no+cache - a bunch of options
there.
Or the global approach -

Thanks Excavatorak.

<META HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" CONTENT="NO-CACHE">

So simple now that I have it!

Now I can finally shut off my computer and get some sleep, after a year and a
half of waiting.
Of course, the up-side is that I spent those 18 months meditating and I'm now
an enlightenend being. More so with this code tidbit, however.

cheers.
