Page redirect based on plug-in

I am building a site that may be accessed by people who do not have the
Flash plug-in installed. Is there a way to redirect to an alternate page if
Flash is not detected? I have been able to redirect based on browser but
not plug-in.

Any help or referral to sources that may provide help is appreciated.

you can do that with flash, in publish settings.
