Page Creation

Is there a way to create a page in a password protected area that would
allow outside users to upload files for viewing. Here's the application. I
want to create a page that others can post documents to so that they can be
downloaded by people outside the company. (i.e. jpg or .tiff drawings)

What I was thinking is creating a link page and letting them save tot he
server, but that would require them to create the link also. I am being
asked for a user to just save to a directory and people outside the company
can see the contents of that directory through the web page.
Any Suggestions??

If the directory is being protected via windows based authorisation then the
option is not open to you, however if you are protecting just the pages then
you can simply create it.
