1. What is the average load time for a web page (not the desired time
but the average)? |
I don't think you'll find a definitive answer to this because the question's
too broad and vague to be useful.
What is the real question behind this question?

2. How many web pages are there on the Internet, including the ones
Google doesn't search? |
Again you won't get a definitive answer. What is a "web page"? You're
probably thinking about static pages created offline and uploaded.
But if I perform a query on a remote database e.g. price of airline tickets,
I will get a bunch of HTML code wrapped around the results of the output of
ASP/CF etc script which has queried the database. This comes to me as a web
page in my browser. If I perform 10 such queries, I get 10 different results
in the same "page".
You also have the added factors of multimedia (Flash movies etc), web
applications, RSS feeds etc.
Perhaps we're beyond counting how big the internet is?
