According to the AP Stylebook, Bible should be capitalized but NOT in
quotes.

Aerobatics is a show of flying maneuvers, such as loops, rolls, etc. I don't
know if it's technically a sport, but it exists and the loops is a good
thing to help throw people off.

. . .and there is quite some debate about the state visit question.

Apparently Ronald Reagan WAS the official guest of the Queen, and stayed at
the palace during his visit.
I believe his invitation was indeed officially endorsed by the Royal Family.

Aside: George Bush's advance people requested that the Queen wear an ID
badge while W. was in the house.
