OT: Configuring IE

Hi

Sorry for the off-topic post, but cant seem to find the Microsoft news
server through my news reader.

For some reason IE6 on my computer wont display any popup windows. The
outline of the popup displays, but the content of it never shows up.

Does anyone know what IE setting is causing this? Any help is greatly
appreciated as it is causing a serious headache with a couple of what were
regularly visited sites.

Thanks for the help. I have these settings already put into OutLook Express,
but for some reason it won't connect to the Microsoft news server.

fix IE free here: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
