thats why theres so many
images and you can get a good idea of the product on the first page.
Plumbers don't like to read? Isn't that a bit of an overgeneralization? ;o)

My point wasn't that there isn't a lot of text, but rather what text you do
have is image based. This causes some problems:

- takes longer to load than text
- it can't be resized to adjust to the individuals preferred type size
- it can't be indexed by google *
- it can't be read by a screen reader *
- it can't be cut-and-pasted for reference
- it's a pain to edit/maintain
- text can't reflow based on the end-user's browser width
- probably impossible to read on a PDA*
- hard to repurpose content for different uses.

So, just some things to think about. ;o)

* these issues can be partially resolved by using proper alt attributes

Hi, does anyone know how you could make it so you site loads certain images first?

ok, but, say I'm re-doing the menu on the side, I still want the dot and the gray line above the text, but how would I be able to get those images as close to the text as they are on those images?

Ok, if I made the menu so it can resize to a user's preferred size thats fine, but the images will all still be the same size on their screen anyways right?

My point in posting the two links I gave you was to illustrate two
problems with the site:

1. The pages are fat and will be very slow to load.
2. There is nothing there for a search engine to index. You'll be back
here in a few weeks wondering why you can't find the site at Google.

Meta tags have been so abused that they are relatively worthless any
more. Search engines index pages based on content (which you have none)
and quality links to and from.

Nope. Meta-elements contain information _about_ a document and its
content, but what if there's no content?

<meta name="content" content="none" /> ;-)
