Opera 7 no CSS?

DW says that Opera 7 does not support the text/css style type:

style type="text/css"
!--
body {
margin-left: 10px;
margin-top: 10px;
margin-right: 10px;
margin-bottom: 10px;
}
--
/style

And Opera 6 doesn't support a linked css:

link rel=stylesheet href="/skia.css" type="text/css"

What are the workarounds?
